Who can we help?
People who know or suspect they have Spanish ancestry and need to reconstruct a family line, locate a municipality or determine where a record may be held.
What does the service include?
Research in phases using records and archives relevant to the period and region. We document the sources consulted, possible matches, contradictions and gaps. Assessing a possible citizenship route requires a separate legal engagement.
Procedure and application stages
Initial information
Full names and variants, approximate dates and possible places.
Names of parents, spouses or descendants.
Migration details and references to documents already available.
The purpose of the search and your relationship to the person being researched.
What will you receive? A report on the sources consulted and steps taken, verifiable findings and gaps. Where appropriate, you will also receive a family line supported by documents and a proposal for the next phase.
