Who can we help?
Individuals and families who want to arrange a stay or residency in Spain for personal, family, employment or professional reasons. Nationality, where the application is submitted from, and current circumstances all affect the assessment.
What does the service include?
A legal assessment of the applicable route and planning of the required documents. If included in the engagement, the service may also cover preparation, submission by an authorised professional where required, and follow-up. Renewals and subsequent steps are quoted separately.
Procedure and application stages
Initial information
Nationality and current country of residence.
Where you plan to apply from and your approximate relocation date.
Family circumstances, professional activity and your objective in Spain.
Previous authorisations or applications and any urgent deadlines.
What will you receive? A conclusion on the route assessed, alternatives where available, a list of required documents and a fee proposal. The exact scope and the professional responsible must be specified in the engagement agreement.
